1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Biler IT Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the FPV Map application, related updates and the website at fvp-map.com. By installing, accessing or using FPV Map, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. What FPV Map is

FPV Map is a flight simulator for Android. It reads a DJI FPV Remote Controller 3 over USB-C/OTG and uses it to fly a virtual drone over Google’s photorealistic 3D map. FPV Map is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DJI. DJI, Avata and related marks belong to their respective owners.

FPV Map is not a real aircraft controller, a navigation tool, a flight-training certification programme, or a substitute for instruction when flying a real drone.

3. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use FPV Map on devices you own or control. You may not:

• sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app except through an authorised store or our written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• remove or alter proprietary notices;
• use the app to break the law or infringe the rights of others.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FPV Map. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

5. Safety and lawful use

FPV Map reads the controller and never sends commands to an aircraft. Even so, you must use it safely:

• Do not use the app while operating a real aircraft or while you need to be aware of your surroundings.
• Test with no powered aircraft connected, or with the aircraft powered off and safely stored.
• Follow all local aviation, privacy, trespass and recording laws when capturing maps, photos or videos.
• Do not rely on the simulator, its map or its HUD for real-world navigation or flight decisions.

You use FPV Map at your own risk. You are responsible for your device, your controller, your captures and anything you do with them.

6. Third-party services and content

The app depends on Google Maps Platform, Google Play services and other third-party components. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. Map coverage, imagery and place data are provided by Google and may be incomplete, outdated or unavailable in some regions. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

7. Your content

Flight plans, annotations, photos, videos and diagnostics that you create remain yours. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to capture and share them. We do not claim ownership of your content. Files you export or share leave the app under your control.

8. Purchases and distribution

FPV Map may be distributed through Google Play or through private testing builds. Any purchase, subscription, refund or billing matter is handled under the terms of the store or channel through which you obtained the app. Prices, availability and features may change.

9. Updates and availability

We may release updates, change features or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will work on every device, Android version or controller revision. Updates may be required for continued use. We may suspend or stop distributing the app without liability to you.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

FPV Map is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or accurate, or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or device function, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use FPV Map. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the app or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biler IT Solutions and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the app, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will continue to apply.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the app and website handle information. It forms part of these Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of the Philippines, unless mandatory law in your country of residence gives you a different right. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated, and material changes will be communicated through the app listing or this website. If you continue to use FPV Map after a revision, you accept the updated Terms.
